Kevin Goscila brings a unique and dedicated perspective to criminal defense, shaped by a successful prior career as a contractor before pursuing his passion for law. Growing up in Lowell, Massachusetts, Kevin embarked on a non-traditional path that ultimately led him to graduate from New England Law School in 2021. This diverse background informs his strategic and pragmatic approach to legal challenges.
Demonstrating a strong commitment to both his community and his clients, Kevin is an active member of the Sierra Club and previously served as a Chelmsford Town Meeting Representative. His legal acumen is evident in his capacity to handle complex and demanding caseloads, including an impressive record of completing motions in limine for five murder cases within a six-month period. Kevin's dedication to ensuring justice extends to the appellate level, where he accepts assignments for the Appellate Panel of the Committee for Public Counsel Services (CPCS).
